My interactions with the front-line contact, installation, and repair persons were professional and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, our new heat pump leaked within hours of installation, but Climate Control dealt immediately with the extra work to repair the heat pump, restore our property, and deal with the warranty. And they did not increase their original (and reasonable) quote for installation. We are happy customers!

My zone valve was causing issue with irritating knocking sound in the pipe. The technician who came was kind and knowledgeable. Office staff also very friendly and easy to deal with. Overall great experience with work done to specification. Highly recommended. 👍

Having worked in the field for over 20 years, both founding members have training in the latest from Engineered Air, York, Carrier, Lennox, Mitsubishi and more.
